  1. Hi Will, I hope you are well. I have a question partaining to my dad's health. He punched someone on the mouth, roughly 20 years back and sustained injuries from it. The hand was infected somehow and he spent days in hospital but it healed eventually. However, now he has been experiencing pain from that hand and it has spread to his arm, sometimes he mentions his leg being painful from the same side. He has gone to see doctors but they say if the wound healed then it could be arthritis, which developed from that point of injury. I just wanted to if it is possible that it could be another reason other than arhritis, perhaps the infection from back then.

  2. Thanks Doctor for your very very explanative video on such an important subject .Really it will be very useful to every person suffering from arthritis. Thank you once again.

  3. Watch Dr. Jeff Peng videos on supplements. He is a Stanford MD and gives actual studies on supplements. Get accurate info folks.

  4. Quality is very important. Thank you, Doctor!

  5. I have used DMSO since 1997 and with much success. MSM is a second generation type originating from DMSO. I use 99% pure DMSO. Dimethyl Sulfoxide! Rimso50 is the only FDA allowed type. It's 50% only. Of coarse Rimso-50 is only used for Interstitial Blastitis which is inflammation of the bladder. I've used DMSO for torn Miniscus, swelling in fingers, shoulder pain, and unspecified allergic reactions (I believe it was from allergic reaction to an antibiotic) …. I've treated elderly folks' shoulders and knees also. This is an incredible substance! The military used it for traumatic head injuries in some cases, when DMSO could be introduced into the inner skull areas to help stop, prevent, or/and reduce inflammation in the brain. FDA has balked at allowing DMSO approval since the 1960's. Mainly because Big Pharmaceutical Corporations cannot get a patent on DMSO, therefore they cannot make big money on it!

  6. Turmeric with black pepper, omega 3 and boron are the the supplements mentioned in this pod cast. Thanks Doc

  7. Thank you very good information

  8. Mr. Will, thank you for such an impressive and sensible presentation of the 3 knee arthritis supplements I love it and I would like your script of the talk if you can let me have the link to it.

  9. Thank you so much for all your information. I am a 71 year old female with a torn meniscus. Life is miserable! You are a mine of information and I am most grateful. Thank you!

  10. You are citing some very tenuous “research” here as the basis for your recommendations. There is no evidence that boron supplements do any of the things you say it does for people with actual knee OA. Just because some dodgy “integrative” medicine narrative review in a dodgy journal tries to draw a long bow doesn't make boron supplementation a viable treatment for knee OA. The same applies to your other recommendations. The positive evidence for omega 3 is mostly from RA not OA (where it is mixed). And the best tumeric RCT said that its encouraging results now need to be tested in larger trials before making clinical recommendations. You need to apply a much better understanding of the notion of quality of evidence. There is a reason that expert consensus clinical guidelines are based on evidence from rigorous RCTs where treatments were used in blinded placebo controlled studies with real OA patients. If you find that evidence, list it here. You mention blinded, placebo-controlled RCTs as the basis for rightly questioning glucosomine, yet you don't apply the same criteria to the evidence for the supplements you do recommend, where evidence mostly falls way short of that. You are recommending that people spend their hard-earned money on treatments that mostly have no clinical evidence base. Physiotherapy is now taught as evidence-based in many countries (but not all). Please follow that approach.

  11. As a vegan, I have learnt that there is significant well-balanced Omega 3 in many plant sources e.g. flaxseeds and flaxseed oil. ALSO, algae based omega 3 tablets are also available.

  12. this person really, really knows his subject.

  13. Turmeric is bad for those prone to kidney stones.

  14. Thank you so much for your information Doc❤

  15. “i am the over 50s specialist…”BJJ guys making akward eye contact

  16. Omega 3 I do take and I do feel it when I wait to get more of it.I feel the lack of it.Thank you for all this wisdom about having better health. Many thanks go to you.
